You can try the following steps:
- Try uninstalling the motor and actuate it by manually pushing the actuator back and forth. Reinstall the motor and see if the ticking is gone
- Check all support fasteners (motor to actuator, support gussets, etc) if they are secured (but not overtighten)
- grease the actuator per the maintenance manual: Vention Maintenance Guide - Maintenance guide
