How do I change the default homing speed of an axis or all axes on a MachineMotion2 Controller? Is this configured in URcap or Cloud9 on Controller?
Reason: Default homing speed is quite quick for our application, we would like to slow it down/limit it.
URcap seems to set limits for the motion commands (accel/vel/decel) but these do not effect the homing settings
above seems to function the same way for using MachineLogic Configuration tool using port 192.168.7.2 on the controller
If you are not able to access, or view, that field, there is also a way to configure it using Cloud9 which is thoroughly showcased in the linked video at the end.
The Cloud9 method works for older versions of MachineMotion V1 and V2 Controllers up to Python API 4.5.
The homing commands on the URcap will use this newly configured homing speed.
