You can verify the status of your order from your dashboard. You will see a tab titled “Orders” on the left side of your screen. This page shows you all orders placed by you or your team, and is updated as your order is prepared and shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be available on this page once the shipment is in the hands of the courier. The dashboard can be accessed by logging into your account on vention.io, and clicking your avatar at the top left:
From here you can track your order, access the shipping information and even download a multitude of documents related to your order.
