Pre-Assembled Service Overview
Vention’s pre-assembled service offers a convenient and efficient solution for your assembly needs, ensuring that your system arrives partially or fully assembled to save you time and effort. Here’s what you can expect from our pre-assembled service:
Included in the Pre-Assembled Service:
- All major structural components are pre-assembled to ensure a quick and straightforward integration in your facility.
- Critical alignments and calibrations are performed at our facility, reducing setup time and complexity.
- Sub-assemblies are securely packaged and clearly labeled for easy identification and installation.
What’s Not Included in the Pre-Assembled Service:
- Wheels and Leveling Feet: These components must be installed on-site to ensure proper leveling and stability based on your specific floor conditions. We do not install these before as this considered to be a shipping risk.
- Gantry Details: No weight is placed on the gantry, and it is locked in place during shipping to prevent damage. Final adjustments must be done on-site.
- Shaft Attachments: Components such as motors, brakes, gearboxes, and handwheels are not attached to the shafts. These need to be installed during the final assembly. This also ensures these critical components are not damaged in shipping.
- Sensor Installation: Sensors are not pre-installed and should be set up as per your application requirements.
- MachineMotion Installation: The installation of MachineMotion is not included in the pre-assembly process as this will also need to be completed by you on site.
- Cable Management: Plugging in cables and routing them through the assembly is to be completed on-site. - Robots: Any robotic components are shipped separately to ensure safe handling and transport.
Requirements for On-Site Assembly:
- Equipment: Ensure you have a jigger, forklift, or other suitable lifting equipment capable of safely positioning sub-assemblies into place.
- Personnel: Adequate personnel with the appropriate skills and knowledge to complete the assembly and final adjustments.
