The built-in simulation and browser-based programming features are fantastic but I am curious about practical approaches for linking MachineLogic sequences with third-party platforms to handle task tracking, reporting, or escalations.
One specific area I am looking into is connecting MachineLogic with service and workflow platforms, such as ServiceNow; to automatically log system events, downtime reports, or maintenance requests.
For context, I’ve been researching what is Servicenow and how it fits into IT and operational workflows, and I see potential for connecting its ticketing capabilities to MachineLogic event triggers. Has anyone tried something like this, either through APIs or middleware solutions?
